$165 for full hour or $150 for 45 min session
Address childhood wounds, life changes, and relational concerns. We also provide services for regular life “tune ups”. Sometimes we need an outside perspective from a neutral party. We are here to provide that if that’s what you need.
Own Your Voice
$600 (total includes initial screening) or $740 (one-on-one total includes initial screening).
This 7-week group helps clients to embrace empowerment. It’s designed to help you speak up for yourself, stand firm, and use your voice in ways that actually gets your needs met. If you’ve found yourself shrinking, over-explaining, or staying quiet this experience helps you examine those patterns.
Expansion without Self-Abandonment
Pricing is the same as professional therapy rates. Options available for clients committing to 6 months of therapy or more.
