Frequently Asked Questions

What can I expect in the first session?

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll explore what’s bringing you to therapy, your goals, and how I can best support you. The initial session for some can run over an hour.

Where are you located?

Services are provided virtually. We can see any Georgia resident. You can be in the comfort of your home or any other location where you feel safe and can speak freely. We ask that you are in a quiet space and that communication be kept private to ensure confidentiality.

Do you have pricing options?

Clients who are looking for more long term therapy such as 6 months or more are given reduced pricing options. Session fees vary depending on type of service. To learn more connect with me through the Free Consultation and I can provide you a breakdown for pricing options.

Do you accept insurance?

We are “out of network” with all insurance plans. We do provide Superbills for clients upon request. Check with your insurance to learn about your “out of network” benefits. All fees are due at time of service. We do have a 24 hour cancellation policy and clients will be billed for late cancellation or no shows. We do recognize emergencies and can accommodate unforeseen emergencies.

What are my rights?

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” for services. You have the right to receive total expected cost of service of any non-emergency items. You can ask before you schedule any service. If you receive a bill that is $400.00 more than the estimate provided you may dispute the bill.
