Vision
A world where people feel free to trust themselves, honor their truth, and live beyond other’s needs. Where you get to chose a life that reflects who you are, not who you were conditioned to be.
Mission
To help people unlearn “good girl/good guy” survival patterns and rebuild self-trust, so they can make grounded, authentic choices rooted in their own inner authority rather than fear, approval, or obligation.
What you can expect
I work with people who are ready to move beyond survival and into self-trust.
I’ve personally navigated complex trauma and understand how deeply it can shape identity, decision making, and relationships. My approach to therapy is reflective, grounded, and spacious. I’m not here to rush you toward answers or tell you who to be— I am here to help you slow down, notice patterns, and reconnect with your own internal authority.
I work with clients across the lifespan ages 10 and up. I work with people of all genders and sexualities. Life isn’t black and white, and neither is healing. You do not have to have it all figured out to begin.
Clients often describe me as easy to talk to and “chill.” I value presence over judgement and curiosity over fixing. Therapy with me is a place where you get to be real, not perform.
Many of the people I work with are realizing that the identity that once kept them safe— the good girl, the good guy, the achiever, the peacemaker is no longer the identity they want to carry forward. If that resonates, you’re in the right place.
